Today let us tell you 5 steps to produce roller cover by Thermofusion line.

Simple is Cut → Thermofusion → Cut → Cut → Trim

1. Purchase paint roller fabric and Cut fabric to be more strip →

2. Thermofusion fabric to be pipe or tube by machine→

3. cut off  the pipe to be correctly size( such as 6", 7", 9", 10" ) you need →

4.  cut fabric at both end as be beveled ( or non-beveled )→

5. Trim fabric to be smooth and packaging LOGO bag on it
